On ps4 you have to download the season pass dlc from the Playstation store. The season pass is its own separate download for me. The outer rim is an update. April 24, AM. I'm having the same problem on my xbox one. It says season pass and outer rim are installed but when I play the game and try to click on out rim is says get the season pass.
Outer Rim should already technically be installed if your game is up to date. Once buying the season pass, you then have to download the key for it which unlocks the content; it's under 1mb I believe, but it won't work till you download that season pass file AFTER purchase.
June 21, PM. I just bought the season pass for xbox one, downloaded it AND the outer rim, and today Bespin downloaded but it doesn't work.

I bought the season pass last night and Bespin still says content not installed or whatever it says. I contacted Xbox support and all they said was they would refund the purchase so I could try again.
Same thing happened. It says I own the season pass, but content not installed. I can't find anywhere that says I need to update or download codes, etc. All I have is email receipt for purchase.
No instructions in the email either. I thought that all of the content was downloaded with the last update when it was released and that buying the pass or DLC just sent the unlock codes to your console. I had to click on the package and then where the BUY button was Installed both and we are now playing it. I would have thought that it should just instantly unlock or the expansion packs icons in the game would take you to straight to the page for install - not to the Season Pass page.
