This was such an interesting book on how little we really know about ourselves. I took this book out of the library, but I will need to buy it and read it again, so I can mark it up, highlight pages, and copy informative web sites and other online sites she recommends. She does provide a highly detailed plan for how to learn more about ourselves and even more importantly, who to ask for honest, open feedback.
In addition, this book is full of practical, useful tips that can be applied immediately to help us gain more insight of ourselves. Several of them I have already started using. What a turnaround I reached by about chapter 4! There are things in this book that reached out and slapped me.
Maybe this was a case of the right book at the right time for me, but I would still recommend it. A well-balanced book that will appeal to a newish audience of self-improvement reader — those who are able to cope with both logic and reasoning aspects as well as emotional ones.
